I got to learn about the spices and common cooking techniques used in the Indian kitchen and Raj, the chef teaching me, encouraged me to try to get a hang on the spices and experiment a bit. A great introduction to cooking Indian food! I did the food tour on the same day, which was also a great experiences. I never would've found most of the places we visited on my own and learn about the dishes I tried.
